Colon Cancer Diagnosis & Treatment

Colorectal cancer is the 2nd leading cause of cancer death among men and women combined in the United States.

Colorectal cancer is a cancer that starts in the rectum or colon. Both of these organs are in the lower portion of your digestive system. Colorectal cancer may not present any symptoms, especially in the early stages. Some symptoms may include constipation, diarrhea, blood in stool, rectal bleeding, excessive gas, and abdominal cramps.

We have listed below an overview of what is covered in a colon cancer patient consultation.

  • Explain your cancer diagnosis and stage
  • Discuss all of your treatment options and recommend the best course of treatment for your specific case
  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate care
  • Help maintain your quality of life by managing cancer-related pain, symptoms and treatment side effects
