Creamy Spinach Feta Dip
Ingredients (6 servings)
- 5 oz of frozen, chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup fat free yogurt
- 1/2 cup of reduced fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup of fat free feta cheese crumbles
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/3 cup of parsley or dill
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 6 whole wheat pitas
Directions
- Cook spinach according to the package directions and drain in a colander
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Serve with Pita slices
