The following GoodHealth events will be held in February at Lane Regional Medical Center, 6300 Main Street in Zachary:
Heart Health Fair – The Heart Health Fair is open to the public and will feature FREE screenings for cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure, smoking cessation education, CPR education and medical consultations.
Date: Thursday, February 9; Time: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Food Addicts Anonymous – a weekly support group to provide fellowship for men and women willing to recover from the disease of food addiction. Meets every Thursday in the West Wing Conference Room.
Dates: Thursdays, February 2, 9, 16 & 23; Time: 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Infant CPR Anytime – learn the core skills of Infant CPR at this FREE course for expecting or new parents, grandparents, family members and babysitters. This course does not offer a CPR Certification Card. Registration is required. Seating is limited. Childcare is not provided.

Pregnancy Workshop & Baby Care Basics - an overview of what to expect during pregnancy and delivery and all you need to know to care for your newborn in the first weeks of life. The class is held in the Staff Development Classroom and includes a tour of “Baby Lane”, the hospital’s labor & delivery unit. Child care is not provided.
