Lane Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce that its web portal, MyPatientPortal, is now available at your fingertips through the new smartphone app called MHealth by Meditech. The MHealth app can be downloaded for free via the Apple Store or Google Play.
Lane’s MyPatientPortal empowers patients and their families to take a more active role in their care by providing easy, secure access to their health information. MyPatientPortal gives easy access to securely check laboratory and imaging test results, review discharge information, manage home medications, see upcoming appointments, and more.
To set up a Lane patient portal account: go to LaneRMC.org, select MyPatientPortal, and click on Register Now!. Because all of the information on the portal comes from your Lane electronic medical record, you must have your name, medical record number and email address you have on file at Lane in order to enroll. Once enrolled, you can access MyPatientPortal from any hand-held device using the MHealth app or a computer.
If you already have a Lane patient portal account set up: when you first open the MHealth app, simply choose Lane Regional Medical Center as your Health Portal, then enter your MyPatientPortal Login ID and Password to be connected. No need to create bookmarks or browser shortcuts.
