Congratulations to Courtney Day for being named 2023 MVP (Most Valuable Player) of the Year! Courtney is a nurse in Lane’s Staff Development Department and was recognized for her dedication, outstanding work ethic, and customer service skills.
She was nominated by a co-worker who stated:
“When an idea is mentioned in committee, Courtney runs with it. She coordinated with the Zachary Food Panty to have food collection barrels placed at Lane, and she collaborated with the Junior League of BR and Lane Pediatrics to become a diaper bank distribution site. In the past few years Courtney has helped Lane garner more than $100,000 in grants for dedicated safety projects. Courtney’s desire to meet the highest standards is evident in all she does. From her teaching skills and knack for making everyone feel part of the team, to her ability to create employee appreciation events, her standards are high. Thank you for all you do!”
