Tower 3rd and 4th floors
- Installation of additional med gases on bed headwalls are almost finalized
- Stairwell rubber treads are installed
- IT installation on all floors is underway, starting on 4th and working down
Tower 2nd floor
- There were some set-backs with the operating room suite, sterile processing, and central supply equipment installation, but work should be wrapping up soon
- ICU rooms are complete with cabinetry and countertops
- Emergency fire doors and sprinklers are being installed in the transition hallways between the existing building and the new tower; flooring will be next
Tower 1st floor
- Ceiling tile, drywall, insulation, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and HVAC duct work are nearing completion
- Flooring install has begun on the north and south ends with installation in the main mall area scheduled to be last
Other Hospital Renovations
- Front canopy work continues with capstone installation, and a painted purple accent strip will be coming soon
- Sidewalks and parking lots are complete
- Light pole installation continues and electricity for working lights is expected this week
- Landscaping has begun
- The new patient registration area at the front entrance is making progress with plumbing, mechanical, HVAC and electrical installations
- Glass for the front doors and patient registration area partitions have been ordered
Anticipated tower move-in date: mid-to-late June.
