In celebration of Diabetes Awareness Month, Lane Family Practice will be offering free Diabetes Screening Exams on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
No appointments are needed, walk-ins welcome, located at 2335 Church Street in Zachary.
Exams include:
- Diabetic Retinal Eye Scans (conducted by Williamson Eye Center)
- Waist Circumference Risk
- Blood Pressure Reading
- Glucose Fingerstick Check
- Nutrition & Healthy Eating Facts
- Free Gift for Participants
