The Lane Regional Medical Center Foundation recently held ‘A Night on Broadway’ gala hosted by Dr. Elizabeth Heirtzler at her home in Zachary on Saturday, June 9th. Proceeds raised will support the Lane Pharmacy expansion project.
More than 150 guests enjoyed live Broadway performances by a symphony violinist and local college students. Fundraisers included a wine pull, raffles and a live auction featuring artwork from local artists Kate Trepagnier, Robert Rector, Joy Petty and Keith Morris, and packages featuring LSU baseball, Xtreme driving, party tent rentals, and overnight stays in historic Jackson and New Orleans.
“An event like this wouldn’t be possible without the support and efforts of our wonderful committee of volunteers,” said foundation director Theresa Payment. “I’d also like to thank the generous individuals and businesses who donated services and items which helped make the evening so successful.”
The LaneRMC Foundation was established in 2012 to support the technology, equipment and service needs of the hospital. For more information or to make a donation, please call 225-658-6699 or visit LaneRMCfoundation.com.
