During November the home care and hospice communities honor the millions of nurses, home care aides, therapists, social workers, and other providers who choose to use their lives to serve our country’s aged, disabled, and dying. This noble work deserves our recognition and praise so we celebrate November as Home Care and Hospice month. Please join Lane Home Health and the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) by celebrating November as Home Care and Hospice Month.
“At Lane Home Health we take tremendous pride in providing our patients with opportunities for education, care and assistance in their home.
