Lane Family Practice is one of three organizations in the region to receive the Verity Value-Based Quality Star Regional Award from the Aetna Better Health Incentive Program. LFP met five out of six quality measures, which were broken down into six categories: Cervical Cancer Screening, Child and Adolescent Well-Care Visits, Childhood Immunization Status, Colorectal Cancer Screening, Controlling Blood Pressure, and A1C.
