CONGRATULATIONS to Renee Miley for being selected Lane’s July MVP of the Month!
Renee is a Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department and has been with Lane for 3 years. She received 2 MVP cards that showed how much she is appreciated by her co-workers.
The first card was from an agency nurse who stated, “Renee’s attitude and leadership are the reason I renewed my contract to work at Lane. Renee’s passion for Lane is contagious and inspirational! She makes her co-workers feel like a team.”
The second card stated, “Renee goes out of her way to maintain positive staff morale in the ED. She wears many hats and her devotion and love for Lane are evident by her actions every single shift she works. She has gained my respect and gratitude for being a positive role model in the emergency department.”
