D. Renee Story, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, has joined the staff of Lane Rehabilitation Center located at 4601 McHugh Road, in Zachary. She has more than 33 years of heath care experience and will assist in the assessment and treatment of physical impairment disorders.
Renee earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) instructor.
Prior to this position, Renee was a registered nurse in Lane’s Operating Room and Endoscopy/Infusion Center. In 2015, Renee was named as Lane’s October employee of the month.
“I love working at Lane because patients receive the best care here, and it feels like the staff is one big family,” says Renee. “I look forward to building relationships with patients and helping them feel better.”
