Dr. Rabalais is a graduate of Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, where he also completed his internship and residency training in orthopedic surgery. He then earned sports medicine and shoulder surgery fellowships at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Dr. Rabalais is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Rabalais serves as team physician at Southern University and Central High School. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the Louisiana Orthopedic Association and is former chief of staff at Lane Regional Medical Center.
