At Lane, you’ll find opportunities for happiness, growth, and prosperity. Whatever your dreams and aspirations, we’ll help you create a plan to reach them. Louisiana is now participating in the Nursing Licensure Compact which allows nurses who hold a multi-state license (including Mississippi) to now join our Lane team.
Our nurses are encouraged to continue their education and professional development and are rewarded for completing national certifications and degree advancements. We also offer tuition reimbursement, education loan repayment, and commitment buybacks in addition to our competitive nurse/patient ratios, benefits, and wages.
